You're welcome to read, link to, quote and share what's here, and to use the facts and figures on our pages in your own work. Please credit NameHawk with a link, and be sensible about it. Running the NameHawk scanner and extension the way they're meant to be used is fine, of course.

What needs our written permission first:

• Scraping, crawling or bulk-downloading the site with bots, scripts or other automated tools, including AI assistants that fetch pages on someone's behalf. Search engines and AI search tools that index pages so they can show and link to them are fine.
• Copying or republishing our pages, text, images or word lists, in whole or in large part, in a commercial product or service. That includes putting them into datasets or using them to train AI models.
• Getting around rate limits, blocks or other technical measures.

We may block access that ignores this. If you'd like to do something beyond it, email hello@namehawk.co and ask; we're usually happy to help.
